Social Scream is a Heavy Metal band from Sparta – Greece formed in 2008. The band at her first steps performed as cover band with many live shows inside and outside her hometown. After a while the need for personal expression drove Vlasis Diamantakos (guitarist/vocalist/songwriter) to lead the band by composing and releasing a debut record called ''Epiclesis'' at June 2014.

The release of ''Epiclesis'' was followed by a release party and 2 headline shows at Athens and Sparta .With new material along the way , there came a record deal with New Dream Records. At June 2016 New Dream Records re-released ''Epiclesis'' and 2 years later released the second band's record called ''Initiation to the Myths''.

Nowadays the band moving forward by performing live shows, completing the producing process of their third album, also proceeding to the re-recording of their first two albums.
